| We are in the process of acquiring additional capacity with our upstream providers in order to alleviate the latency caused by the cable break. This will be taking place this evening and on Tuesday morning. |

| The cause of the latency issues has been identified as a cable break on the feed from the SAT3 Landing station in Portugal. We have not yet received an ETA. We will update this post as soon as we receive more information. |

| This issue is still ongoing and we are waiting for an update from our Upstream provider. At present our primary SAT3 link is down and we are running on our restored Seacom capacity. Further updates will follow. |
